What we collect.

• Your name, email, WhatsApp number, and the date and time of your submission.

• Your consent choices.

• Call booking details (via Calendly) and messages you send us.

• Technical data (cookies, ad-click data) if you accept cookies.

Why we use it.

• To contact you about your project and offer, and to schedule your call (your consent).

• To send you news and offers, only if you ticked the optional box (your consent).

• To measure and improve our advertising, only if you accept marketing cookies.

• To meet legal obligations.

Who receives it. We don’t sell your data. We share it only with the tools we use to run this service: Squarespace (website and forms), Google (email and spreadsheets), Calendly (call booking) and Meta (ads and WhatsApp).

International transfers. Your data is processed in Belgium and may be stored by providers in the EU, the US or elsewhere. We use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

How long we keep it. We keep your data for as long as we have a business relationship with you or your project is still relevant to our services. We review our contacts every 2 years and delete those that are no longer relevant. You can ask us to delete your data, or unsubscribe from marketing, at any time.

Your rights. You can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, request a copy, and withdraw your consent at any time. In Mexico these are known as ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation and opposition). Email info@deluxegyms.co and we’ll reply within one month.

Complaints. You can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority or, in Mexico, to the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno.

Security and age. We use reasonable measures to protect your data. Our services are for businesses and not for anyone under 18.
